A.
Each session is 45
minutes to 1 hour long and depending on your
goal(s), can include weight training and/or
cardiovascular training, as well as a warm
up and cool down.
Q. When is
the best time to exercise?
A.
Unfortunately, not everyone
can workout when they want to. The best time
is based on each individual. Before work,
after work, during your lunch break or even
later in the evening. If there is only one

commit to that time. Too tired, ask us how
to rev up your energy levels when your 2
hours away from your workout and your
feeling tired.
Q. I’m
tired! How do I get energy for my workout?
A.
You can eat up to one
hour before your workout. Here is a list of
snacks you can choose from to give you a
boost to get charged up for your workout:
a) Peanut butter,
honey and raisins on a whole wheat pita or
whole wheat bread
b) One cup of coffee
c) Handful of almonds
d) Builder Cliff Bar
Q. Working
out with weights makes me bulk up – do I
have to use weights?
A.
You don’t
have to do anything. The only way
weights help you bulk up is if you’re
training with heavy weights and/or
your consuming too many calories a day. For
those afraid of using weights because of
this reason, try our interval training
routine which will make you burn 500-800
calories per session. Weight bearing
exercises are so beneficial to the human
body and must not be neglected.
